Yes its' true, changing your beliefs and attitudes is the foundation of any inner change and personal development. It is unfortunate how we are not taught these things from when we are children!@Dave - Thanks for your comment. I agree with you that we don't make use of all the opportunities that are around us to get feedback on how we are changing positively. There are some natural born successful people who have this feedback system incorporated from start. They see opportunity where others don't and they use any experience they want to get feedback for positive change out of it. @Positively present – Thanks!
