Definitely a good practice.

I've been using paraliminals for a while, and one of the first problems I ran into was figuring out where to find the time for them. There were so many sessions I wanted to try applying to various goals that it was hard to know where to start.

So just started doing one after lunches. Just like a short nap/refresh, but with a purpose. I still follow this practice at least two or three days a week (not everyday, because, sometimes, rest is purpose enough).

It's really fantastic when you can plug something into your life that makes you feel better consistently and adds energy to your dreams. Even better when it doesn't require a lot of time or effort to make it a habit.

Thanks for visiting my blog earlier. I'm so glad that you mentioned paralaminal here. I have already downloaded Steve Pavlina's recommendation but do not have the time to get round to it yet. Thanks for the reminder!
