I've been following Rich quite a bit. He's a great guy and I'm loving his messages. It's great to hear this interview. You guys really get this thing heated up, and you both make a lot of great points. There is one thing that is important to me about entrepreneurship that I didn't hear you guys touch on too much. That is WORKLOAD.We human beings are incredible. We can adjust our daily schedules and our lives to pack in more and more to the point that we have no time for the things that REALLY matter in life; family, friends, legacy. There has to be a balance. My question is; how do we transfer from a self business owner to a business that is more automatic and outsourced? I don't mean taking the personality out of what we do, we can always do that. Some day I want to play... and play A LOT. Play could mean working on quirky and fun business ideas while traveling the world.

Srini,<br

Your advice and counsel over the last few weeks has been of tremendous value to me and I'm really grateful for it. As I work towards products, and monetizing ideas I'll definitely be reaching out to you for advice.

Rich, I think it was a great interview.
