Hi Srinirao,

Another great model that is similar and related to perception is The Ladder of Inference by Peter Senge. Basically it talks about the following steps:
- Selecting data, attaching a meaning to the data
- Make assumptions, draw conclusions based on personal perception
- Adopt belief
- Make decision to take action.
