It could the janitor and it's totally fine.Yesterday at the carwash, I asked the guy cleaning my car some questions about himself - where he's from, does he like his job, has he had lunch,..just my usual casual, friendly chat. And you know what, he gave my car an extra polish! .. well of course I'm so pleased I gave him an extra tip after that :-) Srini,
