I would add to this list the type of ideas that tell us to be positive, to be optimistic, that good thoughts attract to the good and so on. Of course, there is nothing wrong with any of this. It's just that in my experience, I have never known anyone who can successfully or sustainably cover up negativity with positive thinking. What works is to face up to and release negativity, and we find that positivity was always there, waiting for us.Good reminders. Thanks. Ah, it’s very important to look hard at advice.
